  • The OVTA is offering a total of 20 Symposium Scholarships. If that number is exceeded, please email info@ovta.org to request an additional scholarship.
Registration is closed


The host hotel is Baymont Inn & Suites, located at 101 Stuard Street, Gaffney, SC 29341. 864-489-0240. 

Thanks to the City of Gaffney for negotiating a special group rate of $61.60 including tax. 

The group rate is being held under the name: OVTA Symposium

To register an additional person, once you have completed your registration (don't pay online yet) go back to the Symposium event main page and select “Already Registered.”

Click on that link, and select "Add Another Registration" and follow the prompts.  At checkout, you will see an invoice with a grand total of all registrants.
