Black Powder NPS Certification

While participating in the OVTA 2015 Fall Meetings, attend this Black Powder NPS Certification workshop with Margo Blewett.  There is no additional fee for this certification, however, period dress is required!  Participants must also have a flintlock to use during the certification.
