OVTA Board Meeting 3 Nov Gaffney Information

Supper and meeting at the Gaffney Visitors Center, 210 W Frederick St, Gaffney, SC 29341

5:30 pm - Hors d’oeuvres (pre-supper pick-ups) will be served at the Visitors Center

6:00 pm - Mark Anthony’s presentation will be an hour

7:00 pm - Dinner will be delivered

7:00 pm - Board meeting will begin approx.

For dinner, the menu is delivered chicken meals.  Everyone can send me their individual orders or call them in to us at 864-487-8554.  Orders can be left with me, Lacey or Jessica.  The cost will be $10 per person for a plate with two sides (includes drink and dessert).

Orders should be emailed to events@getintogaffney.com  RE: OVTA Order, or again – call it in to us at the above number.  Orders will need to be placed no later than noon on Wednesday, November 1^st.

The hotel rate for November 3^rd will be $55 plus tax ($61.60 total).  Discount Code is “OVTA” – Baymont Inn and Suites.

Note: Black Powder NPS certification and training at Cowpens at 9:00 am Saturday November 4. The training is open to all OVTA members. Bring a flintlock in good working order for the class.
